Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
  • Shipping Notification: Once shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number (active within 24 hours).

Note: During busy times or holidays, tracking updates may take 48-72 hours. If you have tracking issues, contact us, and we'll resolve them within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, email us at support@windone.com. We’ll promptly check with the shipping company and keep you updated. Thank you for your patience.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: Report any damage within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos and a claim number from the shipping company. Keep all original packaging.
  • Lost Items: Check with neighbors or nearby monitors. If still missing, contact the police and provide us with the report case ID. We will resolve the issue through re-shipment or refund.
